Who We Are

Moisés Zamora (Mo)

Founder & Lead Scout

Mo’s coaching career began 14 years ago following a pivotal moment at McKeel Academy (Lakeland, FL). After being cut from the JV boys team during the 2012–2013 season, the Lady Wildcats’ head coach recognized his drive for the game and invited him onto staff as an apprentice. By the following year, Mo earned a roster spot on the varsity team while continuing his coaching duties.

That early experience established his core philosophy as a player, coach, and evaluator: determination, technical discipline, and high-level basketball IQ outweigh initial limitations or missed chances. Today, that same mindset drives his work on the sidelines and in the gym: analyzing floor geometry, teaching fundamentals, and evaluating talent.

Since then, Game Speed Basketball has grown into its role, solely as an independent scouting agency, creating opportunities for players in the Iberian Peninsula to fulfill their dreams as professional basketball players in the U.S. and abroad.

Francisca Viegas (Kika)

Director of Operations & Scout

Kika’s basketball journey began during the 2006-2007 season as a guard for Juvemaia ACDC in Maia, Portugal. Her deep interest in the statistical side of the sport, combined with her professional career in video and mobile game production and publishing, makes her the backbone of our data operations.

As a LiveOps producer Kika managed massive technical databases and large scale digital pipelines, having devised managing structures from scratch. Her expertise in database architecture, process automation, and system analysis drives the structure and fluidity of the Gamespeed Scouting platform.

As a Director and Founder of Lousadense Basket Club in Lousada, Portugal, Kika stays deeply connected to the game at the grassroots level, bringing administrative rigor and a passion for local player development to our scouting engine.

Diogo Santos (Santos)

Social Media Manager & Film Analyst

Santos began his career as a federated athlete in Portugal during the 2011–2012 season with Lousada Académico Clube, and he continues to compete at a high level today. His deep roots in Portuguese basketball have been invaluable in helping us navigate the local federation's landscape and team networks.

Beyond his play on the court, Santos is a proven media operator. As the social media manager for Lousadense Basket Club and a lead basketball content creator whose videos regularly generate tens of millions of views, he understands how to capture, edit, and present basketball at a high visual standard.

A dedicated student of the game with years of film-study experience, Santos serves as a core evaluator on our panel. He works alongside us on every breakdown—ensuring our scouting reports and ratings reflect a thorough, democratic consensus rather than a single person's bias.
